Only do exercises in supine lying down position - with back flat on the ground. No exercise will give quick relief. It is a gradual process of strengthening your back muscles.

Be flat on the ground and do leg exercises like leg raising one by one. Hold the leg up without bending the knees and count till 10 - repeat same for the other leg.

But don't do any exercise when you are having pain. It will get worse. At that time only bed rest will help.
