Which drops are safe in long term without any side effects either preservative or preservative free eye drops because I am using preservative lubricant drop since 10 months due to Lasik surgery.Is it harmful to eyes.

Sir you can switch to Eyedrops Genteal 1 drop 4 times a day. Its a preservatives free Eyedrops. There is a rare possibility of what we call Conjunctivitis Medicamentosa in patients using Eyedrops with Preservatives for a long-term duration.
