Hello doc's Need ur advise regarding lipid profile. Which aryuveda medicine is good for cholesterol nd lowering triglycerides?

Details are needed , otherwise u can add ginger,garlic in ur diet n jeera etc as well in ur diet also ,try to schedule ur full day life ,avoid sedentry lifestyle

Share the reports for proper medication. Take 1cup juice of garlic, ginger, lemon each...mix with a cup ofapple cidar vinegar. Now boil all till half and add honey on cooling. Keep in fridge. 2tsp empty stomach will keep cholestrol level in check.

Yes. Eat fiber rich foods. Do exercise daily atleast 30 mins. Check all lipid values like Ldl,hdl etc.  There are so many medicines in Ayurveda to balance cholesterol
