Well impacted tooth pain and pressure can be definately felt in surrounding areas which is called radiating pain but it can't cause neck pain . For the impacted tooth , you must get it removed because sooners or laters it will create problem . For rest of the issues you may also consult a physician.

I have went through your OPG You have lower wisdom teeth that are impacted, meaning they are stuck inside the bone and tilted, so they don’t have enough space to come out normally. Right now, there is no active infection, no pus, and no severe damage seen around the teeth. Impacted wisdom teeth usually cause local jaw pain, gum discomfort, or pain near the ear. However, the symptoms you’re experiencing — like temple pain, long-term neck and shoulder stiffness, anxiety, and constant mild ringing in the ears — cannot be explained by this tooth alone What is more likely ( should need a proper diagnosis) 1)Muscle tension and stress-related issues 2)Possible jaw clenching or grinding 3)Posture-related neck strain 4)Anxiety making pain feel worse and more frequent
Next Steps
Your wisdom tooth is impacted, but it is not the main cause of all your symptoms . However I would suggest you to get the impacted tooth removed and see if the symptoms improve , if not please visit ENT or a Physician Their opinion matters .

All these symptoms could be due to an impacted tooth, so get it removed first.
