Right kidney appears smaller in size and irregular in shape. Margins of the kidney also appear irregular with reduced and inhomogeneous parenchymal radiotracer concentration. The findings represent evidence for significant cortical scarring. Small scattered areas of functioning parenchyma are visualized only in its upper pole, medial and posterior aspects.
