UTI and right lower back pain which is hurting you, both are different entities, for UTI consult your physician and for lower back pain please get done X- ray LS spine first and consultant your Orthopaedic or Pain Physician to find out the primary cause of pain. Merely X- ray will not help to find out the cause of pain, MRI may require if pain score more than 4/10. All the best.
