Lower knee pain

At bed time when I stretch my legs lower the knee side start paining for a min. Suggest some precautions and exercise.

This may be the cause of tight calf muscle, please consult a physio and also keep yourself hydrated well through out the day . Secondly use epsom salt to relax your calf muscle.
Health Tips
put 30 to 40 gms of Epsom salt in luke warm water and dip your legs inside for 20 mins .
