Lower discomfort

2018-04-05 17:08:16
Good Morning – I don’t know if I have epididymitis, Inguinal hernia, torsion, varicocele, spermatocele, hernia, bladder infection/cancer, prostatitis/cancer, urethritis, etc. I have intermittent symptoms of all of the above. Currently I have either left or tight testicular pain. Sometimes pain in my urethra, sometimes not. Sometimes belly pain, sometimes not. No blood in urine or ejaculate. Sex is not painful. Stool and bowels seem normal.

What you may have is chronic pelvic pain syndrome, consult with a Urologist nearby, mostly the treatment is conservative only with medications. No surgery is required.
