Lower chest flutters when I laugh.

All my life, I've had a problem I now believe is scleroderma. I had airway issues as a child. At age 14 my lymph nodes swelled up and never went away. At age 17 my skin became swollen, and this, too, never went away. I've been short of breath the last few years. I've had elevated temperatures for a year, and night sweats. I'm now getting flutters in my lower left chest when I laugh. I am 36 years old. My mother had similar symptoms and died at this age. I can't see a doctor for two weeks. Help.
