Lower back pain while sitting

My mother shankari karmokar had a RTA on 02-10-2024.she had fracture on left SI joint,left GT femur and Right rami.these all fracture were fixed by operation.now everything goes ok but she feels pain while sitting.physiotherapy is going on.pls suggest best possible way
