Lower back pain till leg

My wife is suffering from lower back pain. The pain is on left lower side and it goes till toe. The entire leg pains. Need help

She got disc protrusion ...at l4 l5 level....it's sciatic pain which travel up to toes....

she should not do. any work while bending
