Sir/mam i fall on th floor due to my legs sleeping.after few i fell pain in my back but after 6 days pain increases in my lower back..what should i do plz consult me as early as possible.

If there is swelling and warmth over the affected area apply ice If it doesn't subside u might have to take an xray
