Sir I had a backpain and eitherside last 5months.i visited before 3mnts astra dr ss kumar.he said nothing to worry. But stilli have pain what can I do give ur suggestion

You must visit an orthopedic surgeon.you can take hot fomentation to reduce the pain.get a X-ray done to know the exact reason of pain.
