Lower Back pain

Name: Abhi Age: 23 Gender:MALE last year in the month of october, I was trying to move some heavy object with my friend. It was quite heavy but we were tackling with it. later on the way trying to move it, i bow down grab it with both hands n gives a lift with my full strenght. Then suddenly,i felt like some shock that just went from my head to ground, a pressure on my left foot joint n i was unable to attain the normal strait standing posture.My friend Helped me, I felt much pain in the lower back n left foot. I was even unable to run. it was like some thing just slept away n when it comes to position the working is good but when it does'nt you are unable to move your legs. I tried Yoga n Other exercise.., had consulted a local ortho doctor too. Now, the situation is improved, the foot is somehow good now but still feel pain somehow..n about the back there is still pain in the lower back.  i want to get healthy agian so that i can start my gym n boxing life again.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang Asana. Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

You should get your MRI of the back to diagnose the problem. It can be a disc prolapse which can cause this problem
