Two days before unfortunately I had lower back pain when I was trying to sit in a chair. Now I am not able to stand straight. Xray reports says nothing with disc and all  doctor tells it's a severe muscular catch. What should I do? Any tablets other than pain killer ?? Ashok

It will heal by rest, take rest muscle strain will subside,avoid front bending and weight lifting, consult local doctor for medication
