Lower back pain

I hurt my lower back while working out it the gym. It has been around 3 weeks since i got hurt. Its better but still it hurts. The pain is more when i wake up in the morning. I only feel the pain while i try to bend my back.

It might be due to spasm of lower back muscles. Just keep your lower back straight while workout. Within a week it would be fine.
