Hi Sir, Iam suffering with lower back since 2 years.My MRI shows disc protrusion of l5 S1. When i sitting pain start. I consulted Ayurvedic MD Doctor. But he told me panchakarma require and medicine for 6 months treatment require. But i have doubt about medicine and panchakarma how it works. Is it panchakarma require or not . Please tell me sir.

Offcourse panchkarma will help in your faster relief from your back ache Medicated oil massage and hot fomentation will be required . In case your suffering from constipation and gas related issues then medicated enema might also be helpful Thanks Dr Neeru Sanghi
