Hi Sir, Iam suffering with lower back pain since 2years,my MRI shows disc protrusion in l5 S1 level.But I consulted Ayurvedic doctor he said me 14 days podikidi panchakarma treatment recommended and also 4 to 6 months require he said.But strongly doubt what is the right treatment for my back pain please tell me sir.
