Can Kidney stones cause lower back pain? Doctor told passive kidney stones are not a problem and medicines can help pass them in urine. But do they cause or add to the back pain?

Yes, kidney stones can  cause low back pain. Depending upon d size and location   pain differs and small stones can only be passable . Unfavorable stones can't be passed by medication.
