The lower back aches in contractive manner on both sides usually before periods and during 1st day of periods also the lower back pain contractive pain starts remains for about 6 to 7 hours and goes then , it does not usually pain on 2nd 3rd day Releif with mephanimic acid tabs ? Should i be worried
