Lower back pain after falling from stair

2018-12-18 13:40:26
I fell from stairs a day before, it was like I sat down on the stairs after tripping and went on all the way down the stairs before coming to rest. I am experiencing sharp pain in lower back while standing up especially, and mild while walking and sitting. Will this pain go away in few days or shall I go for examination of lower back or physiotherapy or anything else? Please suggest

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

This possibly seems to be coccyx injury. You need to go for x_ray. On the basis of x _ray we can decide our treatment. Regards Dr Vidhi Jain
