Lower back and thigh muscle pain

Hi, I am suffering with lower back pain and thigh muscle pains since 3 days. Initially it was in right leg , later pain moved to left leg. I thought it is sciatica and followed relief methods but no use. Now, feeling feverish also. Too much heat in body and eyes. Which doctor should I meet? Please suggest.
