I have been having abdominal pain and cramps Sharp pain in the lower back Sharp pain on the left side of the abdomen. I had unprotected sex on 27th may Its been happening since then

It looks like that you have some infection which could be either urine or vaginal. Get yourself examined by a gynaecologist near you and then further management can be done accordingly.
