Lower back ache

I'm having lower back pain since 5 years. I used to carry heavy buckets of water. Started getting pain since then. I took an MRI n I got to know that there is bulge on left side n my nerve has such between l4&l5. Check attachments for latest findings

Hi, the attachment u have posted is x ray report not an MRI report. But still the first line of treatment is conservative management with rest and analgesics. If no relief even after 3 -6 months, consider surgery.
