I've been having problems with gas and bloating after my first pregnancy. But this time around i feel movements in my stomach and also noticed that my lower abdomen is swollen. What could it possibly be?

It's either acidity and gas ,and if not relieved by antacids ,u may get an ultrasound done to see for any other issue.
