I have had pressure/slight pain in bilateral lower abdomen, mostly localized to the left side. This is the 4th day. When palpating the pelvic area, there is a slightly tender spot left of the midline medial to the left hip. Other information: I take oral conctraceptives and will enter my placebo week on Sunday. My period would start a week from today. Is this potentially gas? Or a reproductive problem? Thank you.
