Doctor day before yesterday i felt abdominal pain then yesterday after eating lunch i started feeling nauseatic then mild headache nausea and lower abdominal pain with waterish stool i dont have any energy left in my body right now i am taking 1.pantocid 40 2.ciplox tz 3.bifilac 4.calpol 650 On the recommendation of a family doctor Pls suggest me some diet options and medicine if needed Thanks

Take soft, very low spice and oil food, bananas, buttermilk. Instead of calpol  take tab dicycloverine 10mg one every 8hours  for 2 to 3 days. Continue rest of meds. As initiated.
