Lower abdomen pain like cramps

I get sharp lower abdomen pain like cramps but much more severe and then I either throw up or go #2 and this happens only after I get into a really bad argument but a few months back I had a ruptured ovarian cyst and the symptoms are alike

Kindly get an ultrasound done immediately to know for the underlying issues and seek advise accordingly,also u would need few necessary blood tests to help u diagnose the cause ,for any further information or assistance you may get back to us.
