I am having lower abdomen pain since last two months and it happen all day in mild form i dont have diarrhea or constipation l lost weight loss or i feel feel hungry even after eating and growling sound coming from my stomach. Ultrasound report attached plz tell what it could be

Advice to get urine analysis and culture done to exclude Urinary tract infection.
Next Steps
Have plenty of oral fluidsto keep high urinary flow high and flush out any infection
