Lower abdomen left side pain

I am having pain in lower abdomen left side pain from last 2-3 days and whenever I am bending or sleeping on stomach side. The same pain can be felt while touching the subject area or sitting. This is due to what problem & which doctor to be consulted & tests required to be done? Thank You in advance
