LOWER ABDOMEN & BACK PAIN

I had unprotected sex 2 days ago. My period is due next month. But I'm having mild lower abdomen and mild back pain. My ovulation might also be due by today or tomorrow. What could be the reason of this pain? I'm also trying to conceive.

Difficult to say what is the cause for lower abdomen pain and back ache. Since it is mild it will disappear soon. Since you are trying to conceive, I suggest that you should not take any medicine for this. Otherwise you may have apprehension that the medicine may affect your pregnancy.
