Low WBC count

Mother's WBCs, specially neutrophils are low, attaching the report. She has hba1c of 7.6 but from past 2 weeks she brought her sugar to control (120/140 fbs/ppbs). She recovered from covid 45 days ago. She had steroids for 6-7 days (12mf deflazacort per day) Really worried about mucormycosis risk. Pl guide if there is any risk. Also, how can she increase her wbc
