LOW SPERM MOTILITY
The motility is around 25, how to increase sperm motility.
Also I have been diagnosed with mild varicocele (left testes) slight pain comes nd goes from long time (almost 4 yearsc) when I have pain it's kind of dull pain for many days nd then the pain goes away.
I consulted doc he has prescribed me some tablets (oligocare & doxcy) he said if my motility doesn't improve them we have to go for surgery for varicocele.
Please advice.
