Low sperm motality

In test report sperm motality is 40 and progressive is 15 but all other parameter are normal ,above standard. MY doctor consult me few medicine such XCQ10,niftura 100mg,utiriga is it good for increasing sperm motality or should I drink vitamin c  1000mg /day is is helpful
