Low sperm count - need to concieve

Hi I am having low sperm count and motility also very less. Actually we have 4 to 5 fertile days in a month. So instead of doing sex on all 5 fertile days, can I have sex only on ovulation day that is 5th day oly? Is it possible to conceive?
