Low pulse rate

My husband's pulse rate sometimes is 55 to 60. Sometimes it is above 70. Measured in oxymeter. Spo2 is 98-99. For recent few days he is having acidity. No other symptoms as of now. No preexisting health condition. Please advise if we need to consult doctor.

Getting an ecg will be a good idea. Though, It is not an emergency if he doesn’t have any symptoms like dizziness or blackout.
