Dear Docter my platelates are very low without symptoms 65000 is it cancer Pls find attached report Feeling nausea and weakness not able to sleep at night due to fast heart beat

You are saying without symptoms nd complaining about nausea vomiting. At your age it's very unusual to have cancer with only low platelets count. Repeat test after one week and test for dengue if fever with nausea and joint pain is there
