The pregnancy test confirmed. Platelet count 117. Just wanted to check if there is any reason to worry. Need your advice.

You should not worry about platelet count. Usually in pregnancy low platelet count could be found. That's normal. Follow advise of your obstetrician and take proper diet, folic acid etc.
