Hi my platelets count 5 days ago was was 85k 3 days ago 80k today it was 68k although I am taking caripill papaya leaves kiwi cow goat how come it's going down

You should try to find the reason for the drop in platelets. Get investigation done to rule out dengue, malaria etc. With low platelets, high level of hydration in mandatory, atleast 3-4 Liters of water, fluid in any form.
