F Since last 2-3 years I am having platelet range 1-1.3 lakh. And hemoglobin 13-13.5 Attached my report. Please guide.

Since the values are not that low you don’t need to worry about it too much , this could be normal . To confirm this is not a manifestation of any other underlying problem , You can do a APTT, PT, BLEEDING TIME and also a full blood counts and review with these reports . Please consult if you are having any specious symptoms before doing investigation.
