Low pain in left chest

I am having a very low pain in left chest from 2-3 days.My pulse rate is normal around 90-100.Had light cough over last two weeks. Got xray done for chest which shows nothing as per doctor.After watching the blood report doctor suggested there is a swelling in liver. I had vaccination done last week. Do I need to worry about any potential heart diesease or attack?

The description of pain seems to be not from heart. However it's advisable to do an ECG.
