Hi, I am 35. Recently i took semen analysis and the results say the total motility is 15%, progressive is 12%. Attached the report for reference. We are planning for a baby. How this will affect for pregnancy planning. And how this can increased. Any natural methods or by any medicines.

Poor report.. Progressive motility is very low... Which must be at 40%. Don't worry sir.. Take herbal supplements.. To increase motility.. To be sexually fit completely.. To be a parent soon
