Hi , I was diagnosed with low lying placenta in my 13th week scan. I was asked my doctor to take rest n limit stanious work. I just need to know can I take stairs?( I floor once a day for meeting my ill Grandma) Currently I am 16weeks 2 days. Age -29yrs Wt-84kgs Ht -5'3

Yes u can climb slowly. Placenta may go up in next scan.
