16 weeks pregnant with placenta reaching upto os with small chirionic collection at lower end of placenta on 14.8.2019 i m on bed rest last 2months .how much activity i can start now can i walk and do light activityes. I m on aquasustein injection and sustain sr twice a day.please suggest me how much rest is need in these cases.
