Had diabetes (hba1c = 11) now reduced (hba1c = 7) and testosterone level is 4.3 ng/mL. Used to smoke and mastrubate a lot. What should I do? Is it possible to get healthy sexually. If yes, how long will it take. Any tests I should take and consult doctors? Please suggest. M29

Hello, It seems to me that you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot. Also it seems you have developed symptoms of both erectile dysfunction and premature Ejaculation. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon and also sometimes ejaculate within few strokes? Sometimes PE is a problem for men who have erection problems (erectile dysfunction or ED). This is when men are not able to get or keep an erection that's firm enough for sex. Since an erection goes away after ejaculation, it can be tough to know if the problem is PE or ED. ED should be treated first. Premature ejaculation may not be a problem once the ED is treated. We can help you in treating both the issues of Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation step by step. So if you genuinely interested in seeking a solution for these issues then you can contact me either online or in person. Would be happy to help you. Masturbaion has nothing  to do with your current  sexual  health. With proper treatment  you can get better. Consult  psychiatrist  who deal with psychosexual  problems.
