I've been married for almost an year now and I am having low libido. What are causes for low libido and how to increase it? Also, how often should married couple have sex.

It is not fixed that you have to do sex 10 times in a month depends on the mood and situation.Are you working.If yes then maybe burden of work, stress and strain causes less libido.Discuss with husband and be relax.
