Low levels of MCV, MCH, MCHC

RBC count is 6.26 milli/mm3 (which is a bit high), MCV is 76.4 fl (low), MCH is 23 pg (low), MCHC is 30.1 g/dL (low), RDW is 15.5% (high). I am very concerned! What is the complication, what is the reason that these values are abnormal. He is not having any fever.
