She has weakness and tiredness all the time for over 20 days She has also loose motions for over 4 days and on 13 may she received the 1st dose of vaccine
A haemoglobin level of 8.6gm% and reduced levels of MCV, MCH and MCHC is suggestive of Iron deficiency anaemia.
Low PCV also supports this.
She is very anaemic, this is why she has weakness and tiredness all the time.
Next Steps
She requires iron supplements and add iron rich foods in diet. You may consider going for injectable iron preparations too.
