Low Hemoglobin and RBC

Hi, I am 32 yrs old.Recently I have done general checkup. I got hemoglobin level is 11.9 and RBC count is 4.09. Also pcv 31.3 ,mcv is 76.5, MCHC is 38.0 Please guide me if I need to test any medications and test. Thanks, Kalai M

Low HB and low MCV suggest iron deficiency So take Tab Livogen XT one twice daily before meals for 3 months
