It must be investigated why the Hemoglobin is low as your reports are normal except the anaemia and low RBC counts and this is associated with gallstone and i would like to know about your family history of anaemia or some congenital diseases or any place from where you bleed intermittently except menstrual bleed .the people with gall stones and anaemia should get their peripheral blood picture done so that the RBC's can be seen along with liver function test and coagulation profile.
Next Steps
get peripheral blood picture done along with liver function test and coagulation profile and usg whole abdomen for spleen size and gall stone
Health Tips
Avoid spicy food along with dairy products take small meals in single sitting start medications . review with reports.
